1.Our commitment

We want Submission Desk to be usable by every broker, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

2.What we do

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings, and labeled controls.
  • Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators.
  • Day and night themes designed for readable contrast.
  • Respect for your system's reduced-motion setting, plus in-app motion, density, and text-size preferences.
  • Layouts that work on small screens and when zoomed to 200%.

3.Known limitations

  • We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit.
  • Uploaded documents (such as scanned PDFs) are shown as provided and may not be accessible; the extracted risk summary is available as text.
  • Some wide tables require horizontal scrolling on small screens.
  • Microsoft sign-in pages and Outlook are provided by Microsoft and governed by its accessibility commitments.

4.Report a barrier
